Due to the digital courses and products that we sell, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
Digital Goods – once a product has been purchased by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 due to the electronic nature of our products
Please note- I will give no refunds in the unlikely state that speaking engagement and training sessions are cancelled and we are unable to deliver to you because of COVID 19 related cases. However, we would put on the missed sessions when we return to normal.
